Every 21th of September in Oviedo have a date to celebrate one of the most popular and well known festivals of our country.
San Mateo’s Day began as a religious celebration in which faithful and pilgrims who wanted to win the Jubilee is concentrated around the apostle Matthew. With the passage of time this massive party has become the most important of Oviedo, in her citizens and tourists come to say goodbye to summer and a warm welcome to autumn.
If you want to soak up the atmosphere, do not miss the city streets, where they concentrate all activities like fireworks, concerts and outdoor theaters.

Gijón´s city has been selected for The Boss to return to our country.

Bruce Sprinsteen returns to Spain next June 26th to present their latest album "Wrecking Ball". This concert is the only action that will provide the artist in our country and will be in the newly renovated stadium Molinón in Gijón just 20 minutes drive from Ayre Hotel Oviedo.

It appeared that would be a successful concert and the results say otherwise, just 4 hours after they left the tickets on sale on 28th February, it sold its 30,325 tickets available.

The Campoamor Theatre receives another year in Oviedo the Dance Festival. From 19th of February until June 28th you can enjoy a program that ranges from classical ballet to contemporary dance.
